Uncomn Projects partnered with VERT, a 277-unit multifamily mid-rise apartment development in Woodland Hills, CA. Developed by Evolution Strategic Partners and managed by Lincoln Property Company, VERT needed a complete brand identity and marketing strategy that would resonate with eco-conscious professionals. The challenge was creating a sustainable luxury living concept that would differentiate the property in a predominantly single-family home area.
INSIGHTS
Through comprehensive market research, Uncomn Projects discovered that while Woodland Hills is primarily a single-family home area, future residents were seeking competitive rents around the greater Los Angeles area. The core demographic consisted of focused professionals in their mid 20s to mid 30s who valued sustainability, wellness, and access to revitalizing amenities. VERT is a French word that translates to “green,” which became the foundation of our brand strategy.
