During our fieldwork, we found that cigarette culture was very prevalent. Why? Because the demographic worked long hours in tech and needed a way to destress during work breaks. Hence the cigarettes. So, what does that tell us? It tells us that when this demographic comes home, they want nothing to do with work. They want to relax and rejuvenate. That leads us into the second most unique feature of our consumer reports.
INTERIOR AND AMENITY DESIGN SUGGESTIONS
The cigarette observation from our Seattle consumer study proved that paying more attention to health and wellness in your amenities is essential. Rather than investing in a co-lab, put money into a high-end gym. Even more, create an indoor/outdoor gym with a spin studio and steam room.
We end our consumer insight reports with several questions and ideas to bring life to the property. For instance, if your property was a person at a party, what person would they be? For Seattle, the answer was chill, intelligent, quiet, yet approachable. Those descriptions can inspire the architects and interior designers greatly. The same goes for additional questions we answer like if your property were an object or animal, what would they be?
