Story
Nari is a luxury multifamily community at 3150 Wilshire Blvd, situated at the intersection of Koreatown's cultural density and Los Angeles's residential momentum. The name Nari — rooted in the energy of the neighborhood — was developed by Uncomn to give the property an identity that felt specific to its place, not interchangeable with any other building on the block.
Challenge
Koreatown is one of LA's most dynamic and competitive rental markets. New luxury deliveries arrive regularly, each promising the same premium finishes and rooftop amenities. The Vermont needed a brand that could cut through — one that honored the neighborhood's authentic character while positioning the property as a true lifestyle destination for sophisticated urban renters.
Solution
Uncomn led the full creative build: naming, brand identity, signage system, and content production. The Nari brand centers on a calm, contemporary visual language — crisp and modern without being cold, luxury without pretense. We designed and produced a comprehensive signage package across the property, from illuminated exterior signage and garage column wraps to unit and room identification systems. On-site lifestyle photography and video captured the pool, city views toward the Hollywood Sign and Observatory, and the distinct energy of Koreatown living. The result is a brand that lives as confidently on a 7th-floor leasing wall as it does on a resident's Instagram feed.
