About the project.

Developed by Evolution Strategic Partners and managed by Lincoln Property Company, VERT is a 277- unit multifamily mid-rise located in Woodland Hills, CA. Uncomn Projects delivered our full suite of services for this particular asset, from Consumer Insights and Brand Identity to signage and website services.

Consumer Insights.

While Woodland Hills is a predominately single-family home area, our research revealed that future residents are seeking competitive rents around the greater Los Angeles area. Its core demographic favored people in their mid to late ’30s who were seeking sustainability, wellness and access to a rejuvinating amenities.

Brand Identity.

VERT is a French word that translates to “green” , which means we had to develop a brand that was not only green in name, but also in nature. Uncomn Projects and the development team had to create an environmentally conscious community that is focused on sustainability and wellness through the use of cutting-edge technology.

Our designers thoughtfully incorporated elements of the brand into several marketing channels including A-frames, banners, parking garage column wraps, sell sheets, business cards, brochures and more.

Websites.

The development team from Evolution Strategic Partners decided to utilize multiple fields within Uncomn Projects website services. Since we were able to partner with the developer early in the project, we were able to create a high converting landing page before we launched the full templated website. Additionally, we created and produced a high-quality homepage video for their website.
