About the project.

Developed by Camden Securities Company, L+O brings two brand new luxury towers with 297 units located on the corner of Lankershim Blvd. and Otsego St in the heart of the NoHo Arts District. With the help of Uncomn Projects delivering consumer insights, brand, signage, and websites, L+O was able to produce a feeling of tranquility and wellness throughout the property.

Consumer Insights.

North Hollywood is a diverse neighborhood enriched by its mix of longtime residents, recent immigrants, and the never-ending flow of actors, writers, musicians, and filmmakers, attracted to the NOHO Arts District.

Our research uncovered that the core demographic for prospective residents looking to move to North Hollywood are majority singles in their late 20’s to early ’40s with careers in administrative, management, and entertainment. Most residents are attracted to the affordability relative to Downtown or West Hollywood.

Brand Identity.

The core brand essence was focusing on the retreat to wellness. Uncomn Projects wanted to establish a lively community of creatives and young professionals who are looking for a holistic, wellness-focused living experience in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District.

When deciding on the color palette, we wanted to help communicate vibrant positivity throughout the brand. With the addition of the textures, it provided layers to accent the L+O brand.

Websites.

With L+O’s website, we wanted to offer a memorable experience for prospective renters looking to live in North Hollywood. Uncomn Projects went on to design, develop, and cross-device test a 10-page custom website for L+O.
