About the project.

Developed by The Dinerstein Company, Deco is a 350-unit apartment community in Denver, Colorado. Our team delivered insightful market research which was essential when producing the brand, collateral, and website.

Consumer Insight.

Denver is a proud city that is known for its 300+ days of sunshine per year. It has a perfect blend of fitness, culture, sports, and food scenes. It is a place not only for the most adventurous outdoor lover, but also for the tech enthusiast, fashionista, and musician.

Our insights uncovered a target demographic that was mostly singles and small starter families that ranged in age from the late ’20s to the late ’40s. Many residents will be transplants that are attracted to the competitive rent prices and the strong job market.

Brand Identity.

Uncomn Projects defined DECO’s brand as “authentically Denver” due to the focus on all of the things that make Denver a wonderful place to live; the fresh air, the great outdoor lifestyle, the unique social and neighborhood characteristics, and the distinctive craft culture. We embrace Denver’s artisanal focus and industrial aesthetic by incorporating natural elements, like wood and tire textures.

Uncomn Projects designed and produced business cards, sell sheets, envelopes, letterheads, and a 16-page brochure that incorporated a foil stamped logo with a folder pocket on the back for additional leasing collateral. We wanted the residents to have an experience that felt authentic and upscale.

The developers wanted Uncomn Projects to design and develop a custom website that satisfied the needs of the asset. Our development team at Uncomn Projects created a fully responsive, custom website which resulted in a unique design that captured the essence of Denver.
