Developed by Cityview, AV8 is a 133-unit apartment complex in the heart of Little Italy in San Diego. Our team produced consumer insights, developed their brand, collateral, social media, digital marketing, and their website.
San Diego is a city on the Pacific coast of California known for its beaches, parks and warm climate. With the presence of UCSD and the emergence of healthcare and biotechnology, many prospective residents flock to the city. Our research uncovered that the core demographic is the Millennial generation between mid 20’s to mid 30’s with jobs in management, finance, healthcare, and sales.
Given the location of AV8, Uncomn Projects wanted to encapsulate the community with interiors inspired by Little Italy’s aviation history and the neighborhood identity of art, restaurateurs, breweries, and design. AV8 is a comfortably sophisticated take on urban living boasting waterfront views and hotel-inspired finishes.
We sought differentiation through a high-touch experience and unique celebration of the neighborhood’s history. As well as incorporating AV8’s beautiful beach surroundings which were a departure from the competitive set of faux-Italian-themed buildings.
The development team at Cityview wanted a simple yet elegant website showcasing their asset. The Web Developers at Uncomn Projects designed and produced a 7-page custom website integrating a virtual tour and interactive site map.
Uncomn’s team of social media coordinators and media buyers developed a content marketing strategy consisting of social media, email marketing, and digital media advertising. Our strategic placement of creative content delivers engaging interactions with prospective residents capturing and delivering high-quality leads.
