Aspen Grove

About the project.

Owned and re-developed by Gerrity Group, Aspen Grove is a retail center with 50+ tenants in Littleton, CO. Gerrity Group engaged Uncomn to refresh their brand to give it a younger aesthetic that would attract more experiential retail tenants including restaurants, specialty fitness classes, and interactive retailers.


Brand identity.

With Aspen Grove, we had to stay local, so this refresh needed to be very subtle and maintain the integrity of a brand that had existed for more than 20 years. Uncomn gave Aspen Grove a youthful look that was still attractive to an older demographic. Imagine high-end fashion meets the perfect afternoon of shopping for the whole family.

Leasing collateral.
